from 2022 to 2026, i helped build an AI x blockchain startup as part of its founding team, developing infrastructure and consumer products. i helped scale it from 0 to $250m+ in platform assets, grow to 100,000+ users, raise $3.14m, launch across 20+ countries worldwide, and partner with companies like elevenlabs, google for startups and more.

i became obsessed with how early stage companies find distribution, shape narrative, and acquire users.

that obsession turned into a podcast which eventually became a community of tier 1 founders and vcs.
